KNOWLEDGE DAN INFORMATION PROCESSING: STRATEGI EFEKTIF DALAM ORGANISASI MODERN
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan transformasi digital mendorong organisasi modern untuk mengelola pengetahuan dan informasi secara sistematis. Knowledge dan information processing menjadi elemen strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, efisiensi operasional, serta inovasi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, tahapan, dan penerapan knowledge dan information processing dalam konteks organisasi modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menelaah berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber akademik relevan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan knowledge dan information processing yang terintegrasi melalui sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan mampu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif, meningkatkan pembelajaran organisasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi konseptual bagi akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan pengetahuan dan informasi yang efektif.
