Work-Life Balance dan Keterlibatan Karyawan sebagai Prediktor Kinerja: Peran Moderasi Employee Well-Being pada CV. ABC
Abstract
Dengan menggunakan employee well-being sebagai variabel moderasi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana work-life balance dan employee engagement memengaruhi job performance. Variasi skor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) karyawan CV ABC sepanjang tahun 2024 menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 35 karyawan tetap. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei daring, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance, sementara work-life balance tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Hubungan antar variabel tidak dimoderasi oleh employee well-being. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan engagement melalui pemberian apresiasi, pelibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan komunikasi yang baik. Rencana pengembangan sumber daya manusia jangka panjang tetap menjadikan employee well-being sebagai prioritas.
