KAJIAN LITERATUR : DIFUSI INOVASI TERHADAP APLIKASI CARI TEMU BAZNAS

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan kajian literatur mengenai difusi inovasi dan aplikasinya terhadap Aplikasi Cari Temu yang dikelola oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Aplikasi Cari Temu adalah aplikasi yang disediakan BAZNAS untuk mencari korban pasca bencana yang terkadang masih menjadi kendala bagi keluarga korban dalam mencari informasi yang valid dari sumber yang  terpercaya. Difusi inovasi ini merupakan proses di mana inovasi baru disebarkan melalui komunikasi formal atau informal di antara anggota suatu sistem. Analisis difusi inovasi untuk aplikasi Cari Temu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sistem informasi yang efektif dan mudah digunakan dalam penanganan suatu kebencanaan oleh masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah literatur sistematis dimana pencarian tentang literatur mengenai difusi inovasi, teknologi dan mengaitkannya dengan aplikasi Cari Temu BAZNAS. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti masih mendapatkan kurangnya data setelah tahun 2022 dikarenakan adanya proses internal BAZNAS yang berdampak pada sistem aplikasi Cari Temu sedang tidak dapat diakses sampai saat ini. Memberikan rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk penelitian mendalam terhadap sistem-sistem informasi kebencanaan yang sudah diperbaiki oleh BAZNAS, sejauh mana kebermanfaatan dan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat.
