ANALISIS KEPUASAN NASABAH TERHADAP DIGITAL SAVING PADA APLIKASI BRIMO MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES FRAMEWORK Maulana, Yana Iqbal Putra, Anshori Dwi Widyastuty, Wiwiek Rusman, Arief Jefi, Jefi User satisfaction is a feeling that arises from comparing the performance of a service with the expectations held by its users. In the context of the BRImo application, user satisfaction can be assessed through the efficiency of opening a savings account digitally. However, mobile banking services still face several challenges, including connection disruptions and transaction failures caused by system errors, which may reduce customer trust. This study employs the PIECES Framework, consisting of six variables: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, to evaluate the system comprehensively and systematically. This method enables the identification of strengths and areas requiring improvement to ensure the system effectively meets user needs. The results indicate average scores of 4.7 for Performance, 4.411 for Information, 3.658 for Economics, 4.6 for Control and Security, 4.416 for Efficiency, and 4.272 for Service. Based on these findings, the level of user satisfaction with the BRImo application falls within the satisfied category, indicating that the application provides high-quality services and is capable of meeting or even exceeding user expectations in supporting digital banking activities. PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA C4.5 UNTUK DATA MINING ANALISIS TINGKAT RISIKO KEMATIAN NEONATUM PADA BAYI Junaedi, Ifan Nuswantari, Ndaru Yasin, Verdi Kematian Neonatum merupakan masalah yang banyak dialami negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Kematian neonatum banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor sosial biologi pada ibu hamil. Faktor sosial biologi ibu hamil yang akan dibahas dalam penelian ini meliputi empat variabel, yaitu tempat tinggal, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga, dan urutan kelahiran. Penulis menggunakan data hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2007 s.d 2012. Data mining dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik klasifikasi untuk membentuk suatu pohon keputusan. Algoritma C4.5 digunakan untuk menentukan nsiko kematian neonatum per varibel per kategori untuk pohon keputusan yang terbentuk. Algoritma ini dipilih karena C4.5 memiliki berbagai kelebihan dibandmg algoritma Iterative Dichotomiser 3 yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya. Program aplikasi dirancang dengan berorientasi objek. Perancangan program dengan menggunakan alat bantu pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML yang dlpakai yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic. Net dengan editor Microsoft Visual Studio. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan C4.5 dapat mendukung teknik analisis risiko kematian neonatum. Pohon keputusan yang dibangun masih terbatas empat level dengan maksimal tiga percabangan untuk masmg-masing node. The current process is still running manually and slowly, so that need the application which makes APIP unit easier to compile proposals and speed up the verification and validation process at Pusbin JFA then the auditor's recommendation publishing process getting better. Laravel framework was matched to handle this application, which is website based. This framework was easy to use and accelerate the process for develop program or application, and then it was combined with Extreme Programming (XP) development method system where this method was matched to use in government institution or the place where the developer was limited. As long as use this Laravel framework and XP method, all of the application development process has been streamlined so this application can be implemented soon. PREDIKSI KASUS DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DI KABUPATEN BOGOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANN Hafidz, Ilham Murniyati, Murniyati Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) menjadi masalah kesehatan signifikan di Kabupaten Bogor dengan fluktuasi kasus yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun model prediksi untuk memproyeksikan jumlah kasus DBD tahunan berdasarkan data iklim historis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dengan algoritma Backpropagation, dilatih menggunakan data deret waktu dari 2014-2023 yang mencakup variabel iklim (curah hujan, suhu, dan kelembapan) sebagai input. Melalui serangkaian eksperimen manual tuning untuk mengatasi underfitting dan overfitting, ditemukan konfigurasi model final terbaik dengan arsitektur [33 18] dan parameter regularisasi 0.4. Model menunjukkan kinerja kuat pada data latih (RMSE = 280.7; R² = 0.89). Validasi pada data uji 2024 menunjukkan kemampuan generalisasi yang tinggi, dengan RMSE 186.8 (error ~5.5%) dan R² 0.99. Implementasi model menghasilkan prediksi 1484 kasus DBD untuk tahun 2025. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model ANN yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi alat pendukung keputusan yang andal bagi pemangku kepentingan kesehatan. PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PEMULIHAN LAYANAN BENCANA SISTEM INFORMASI PENERIMAN NEGARA BUKAN PAJAK ONLINE DI LINGKUNGAN KEMENTERIAN KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA Yasin, Verdi Riza, Azhar Ahmad Hartawan, Rumadi Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) merupakan perincian dari prosedur-prosedur emergency secara detil untuk memudahkan melakukan recovery saat terjadi bencana (disaster) yang mempengaruhi sistem komputer organisasi. Dokumen DRP diperlukan oleh Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) sebagai dokumentasi terstruktur yang dapat digunakan oleh tim pemulihan untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis proses Kementerian Keuangan, manakala terjadi bencana di Data Center (DC) Kemenkeu. Dengan adanya Rancangan Pemulihan Bencana, maka layanan SIMPONI yang ada DC Kemenkeu tetap dapat berjalan manakala terjadi bencana di DC Kemenkeu, yaitu dengan menjalankan sistem/aplikasi dari Data Recovery Center (DRC) Kemenkeu. Dalam mengembangkan sistem ini, menggunakan Metode Business Impact Analysis (BIA) dan Metodologi Pengembangan Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) sedangkan Metode Proses Pelaksanaan ialah Business Continuity Plan Life Cycle (BCPLC) Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Rancangan Pemulihan Bencana khususnya untuk aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Online (SIMPONI). Expert System For Diagnosing Helminthic Disease In Children Using The Bayes Probability Technique Trisanto, Dedy Rismawati, Nofita Izzatillah, Millati Mulya, Muhamad Femy Worm disease or Ascariasis is an infection caused by the Ascaris lumbricoides worm that lives in the human body. Everyone is susceptible to this disease, but it is most common in children. Children who experience intestinal worms can be shown from a variety of symptoms from mild to those that interfere with the child's growth. This study aims to create a system that can adopt the knowledge of an expert who can provide users with diagnostic information such as from an expert regarding intestinal worms. The research uses the Bayesian Probability method. Bayes theorem is a method for generating parameter estimates by combining information from samples and other information that has been previously available. The expert system for diagnosing intestinal worms has been successfully implemented with a desktop-based application. The expert system can help the user get a diagnosis of the type of intestinal worms suffered according to the symptoms experienced. CV. Difacom Solusindo faces challenges due to its current manual and subjective assessment process, which often leads to unfair evaluations and reduced employee motivation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist in evaluating technician performance. The system incorporates five key criteria: discipline, work quality, punctuality, teamwork, and customer feedback. The results demonstrate that the system effectively produces objective, fast, and transparent evaluations, supporting more accurate managerial decision-making. Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sertifikasi Kompetensi Online Pada SMK Dengan Metode Web Base Engineering Lubis, Baginda Oloan Oscar, Dony Santoso, Budi Salim, Agus Atmaja, Jaka SMK Jakarta saat ini belum menggunakan fasilitas internet dalam pengelolaan data sertifikasi siswanya masih menggunakan rekap manual sehingga kesulitan dalam menyampaikan informasi baik itu data pendaftara siswa yang akan diikut sertakan sebagai peserta sertifikasi maupun pengolahan nilai yang sudah mengukuti ujian sertifikasi kopetensi. Selain itu laporan yang diterima oleh kepala sekolah tidak tepat waktu, dan sering terjadi kesalahan. Sekarang ini dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi maka SMK Jakarta dituntut harus mengikutinya agar dapat bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah lain yang berusaha untuk memudahkan siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan sertifikasi kopetensi.  Hal tersebut menjadi fokus perhatian penulis pada saat melakukan penelitian di SMK Jakarta dan penulis bermaksud memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan membangun suatu sistem sertifikasi kopetensi online pada SMK Jakarta berbasis website. Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Pengingat Shalat (Ar-Rayyan) Dengan Metode Design Thinking Menggunakan Figma Daruyani, Sepitri Purbiyanti, Orita Dwi Irawaty, Irawaty Putra, Adriel Widyana Aplikasi Pengingat Shalat (Ar-Rayyan) merupakan aplikasi untuk pengingat shalat, menentukan arah kiblat dan membaca Al-Quran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka penggunaka (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) sebuah aplikasi pengingat shalat (Ar-Rayyan) menggunakan metode design thinking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka penggunaka (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) sebuah aplikasi pengingat shalat (Ar-Rayyan) menggunakan metode design thinking. Melalui tahapan-tahapan Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna, merumuskan masalah yang ada, menghasilkan berbagai ide solusi, membuat prototype desain UI/UX, dan menguji prototype tersebut dengan melibatkan pengguna.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 90% responden menganggap aplikasi ini mudah digunakan, 88% menganggap aplikasi ini mudah dipahami, 86% menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah membaca Al-Quran, dan 90% menyatakan efisiensinya. menyatakan informasi yang disajikan pada aplikasi tersebut mudah dipahami. Masalah utama yang menjadi pembahasan penelitian adalah penggunaan sistem informasi yang ada saat ini masih manual. Transaksi pembayaran dan rekap laporan yang dilakukan dengan buku besar, membuat pengelola dalam merekap data transaksi menjadi sulit. karena sering terjadinya salah penghitungan yang akibatnya proses pembuatan laporan tidak tepat waktu, karena semua proses dilakukan secara manual.   Status bayar oleh penyewa sulit untuk di lacak jika pemilik meminta hasil laporan. Talitha Rezky Najmi, Nisa Salvia Apsarini, Fira Areta Rakhmawati, Nur Aini Artificial Intelligence (AI) has advanced the technology of AI Text-to-Image, such as the Midjourney platform, which is an application that creates images based on text prompts. However, this raises the question of whether AI works from Midjourney do not violate copyright. This study uses Roland Barthes' semiotics theory and The Liang Gie's aesthetic theory to analyze the artwork produced by Midjourney. The results of the study show that Midjourney is able to create new images by combining elements from various photos to create new images that have unity, harmony, and balance based on the given text prompts. In other words, AI works do not directly copy or imitate existing artwork on the internet. This study provides a deeper understanding of the working principles of AI Text-to-Image platforms and confirms that the results produced by AI such as Midjourney have unique artistic value and do not violate copyright. Although there is debate surrounding the use of AI in art, the results of this study support the view that AI can be a creative and innovative tool in creating unique and new visual artworks. Peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan perangkat yang terhubung secara bersamaan menyebabkan distribusi bandwidth tidak merata, sehingga menurunkan stabilitas jaringan dan menghambat kegiatan laboratorium. Selain itu, belum adanya tim IT khusus mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam monitoring dan penanganan gangguan jaringan, khususnya pada kondisi link down di luar jam kerja. Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya telah membuktikan efektivitas metode Simple Queue berbasis Mikrotik dalam mengoptimalkan alokasi bandwidth dan meningkatkan kualitas jaringan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan manajemen bandwidth menggunakan metode Simple Queue yang dikombinasikan dengan fitur notifikasi real-time melalui Telegram Alert untuk memantau status perangkat jaringan. Application of RAD Model in Raw Material Inventory Information System at PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama Jakarta Hendri, Hendri Firdaus, Firdaus Komarudin, Rachman Afni, Nurul Maulana, Yana Iqbal PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama perusahaan yang berfokus pada konveksi, yaitu pembuatan pakaian jadi yang dipasarkan kepada konsumen. Perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem Ready To Wear, di mana pakaian jadi diproduksi secara massal untuk kemudian dijual ke pasar. Jenis pakaian yang diproduksi meliputi gamis (baju muslim) dan pakaian wanita kasual yang modis. Pencatatan persediaan barang di PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama masih dilakukan secara manual dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Excel.. Masalah yang muncul akibat penyimpanan data bahan baku yang manual adalah potensi kehilangan data dan kesulitan dalam pencarian data bahan baku, yang berdampak pada bagian produksi saat menggunakan bahan baku. Masalah lain di gudang PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama adalah kurangnya pengecekan stok secara fisik, sehingga terjadi selisih antara stok bahan baku yang ada dengan catatan yang dimiliki petugas gudang. Selain itu, pencatatan pengiriman dan penerimaan bahan baku yang kurang teliti dapat menyebabkan kehilangan barang, serta pelaporan barang masuk dan keluar kepada kepala gudang sering terlambat, sering terjadi kesalahan, dan tidak akurat karena semuanya masih dikerjakan secara manual. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh temuan bahwa sistem informasi yang dihasilkan berperan dalam menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pengecekan stok bahan baku, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengakomodir pengelolaan pencatatan pengiriman dan penerimaan bahan baku berbasis website, serta mempercepat, memperbaiki ketepatan, dan meningkatkan akurasi pelaporan barang masuk dan keluar yang diterima oleh kepala gudang. Hasil akhir perangkingan dari proses perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode MOORA dalam pengambilan keputusan didapat alternatif 3 (A3), memperoleh nilai terbesar yaitu 0.455 dan menjadi vendor yang terpilih yaitu vendor Paramata Std. Garudaku Creative Production recorded as many as 133 esports activists who actively access the Garudaku.com website. The Garudaku.com website is a website that provides information and content related to esports in Indonesia. This study measures the quality of the Garudaku.com website through the Webqual dimensions (usability, information quality, interaction quality) and user satisfaction variables, namely PT. Garudaku Creative Production. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data processing is done using SPSS. Based on data processing, it can be seen that the user's perception of ease of use, quality of information, quality of interaction is included in the pretty good category. Based on the research results, it was found that these three variables had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. From the research results, it can be seen that the information quality variable contributes the largest contribution, namely 52.18% of the other variables. Analysis using the Models Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to describe 5 (five) constructs in this study which include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude to war using, behavioral intention to use, & actual usage. This research uses a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, the technique of collecting data is through a survey approach using a purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents is 50 people circulating in 2 districts, namely Bogor and Cianjur districts. The assessment of constructs in this study used a Likert scale. Data analysis used a partial least squares (PLS) approach. ANALISIS ALGORITMA K-MEANS CLUSTERING DALAM PENGELOMPOKAN DAERAH PENYEBARAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE Khusaeri, Ahmad Demam Berdarah Dengue merupakan jenis penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue dan disebarluaskan oleh spesies nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Demam Berdarah Dengue dapat mengakibatkan suhu tubuh penderita menjadi sangat tinggi dan pada umumnya disertai demam tinggi, mual/muntah, sakit kepala, mimisan, nyeri pada otot serta persendian, bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Objek penelitian ini adalah algoritma K-Means Clustering dengan tempat penelitian di Kabupaten Karawang. Data yang telah diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data mining), yang terdiri dari 6 fase yaitu pemahaman bisnis (business understanding), pemahaman data (data understanding), pengolahan data (data preparation), pemodelan (modeling), penyebaran (deployment), evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil yang didapat untuk ukuran cluster (k) = 8, 9 dan 10, nilai total SSE-nya relatif sama. Untuk k yang lain diperoleh nilai total SSE yang berbeda. Hal ini berpengaruh pada jumlah iterasi dari algoritma K-Means. Jumlah iterasi pada algoritma K-Means tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap waktu eksekusi karena algoritma K-Means memiliki kompleksitas linear terhadap ukuran obyek data. Dari nilai K-2 sampai 10 yang memiliki nilai SSE terkecil adalah terdapat pada nilai K = 10 sebesar 151,48. Selain itu, nilai SSE dari setiap K, memiliki nilai SSE yang semakin menurun dari setiap K. Jumlah iterasi terkecil terdapat pada nilai K = 2 dengan jumlah iterasi sebesar 7. Sedangkan jumlah iterasi terbesar terdapat pada nilai K = 7 dengan jumlah iterasi sebesar 36. SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PERSURATAN BERBASIS WEB PADA BIRO KEPEGAWAIAN DAN ORGANISASI BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL Widyawati, Widyawati Sulistyanto, Agus Sianipar, Anton Zulkarnain Pengelolaan persuratan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Sistem pengelolaan persuratan yang saat ini berjalan di Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi Sekretariat Utama Badan Narkotika Nasional dirasakan masih mempunyai berbagai kekurangan diantaranya adalah aplikasi persuratan hanya bisa dijalankan oleh administrator. Sementara, pegawai lain yang berkepentingan terhadap surat tersebut tidak bisa mengaksesnya. Penyampaian disposisi surat masih dilakukan secara fisik dan menjadi penghalang apabila penerima surat tidak berada di tempat. Hal ini menyebabkan pemborosan waktu dan media. Peneliti tertarik untuk membuat sebuah sistem pengeloaan persuratan yang mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan menggunakan metode UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan  pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) sehingga diperoleh sebuah aplikasi yang diharapkan mampu meringkas berbagai proses administrasi persuratan yang sebelumnya kurang efektif menjadi sebuah sistem yang bisa mempercepat proses distribusi surat secara berjenjang hingga pembuatan laporan secara real time. The purchasing department at PT Mada Wikri Tunggal is responsible for the availability of goods needed by other departments according to the time required. Before carrying out the process of purchasing raw materials and stationery, the purchasing department must have a purchase request form for raw materials or stationery originating from the department concerned. In the process of purchasing raw materials and stationery, several problems were found, such as purchasing the same goods in one purchase request, and also the loss of the purchase request form which could hamper the process of purchasing raw materials or stationery. Therefore, it is necessary to design an information system application for purchasing requests for raw materials and stationery by depicting it using UML diagrams, ERD, and interface design as well as web-based integrated development using the Laravel framework and applying the waterfall method. IMPLEMENTASI FRAMEWORK CODE IGINTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN PT. SUPREME JAYA ABADI Fadilah, Siti Chaerul Rianto, Harsih Hartati, Tri Kemajuan teknologi saat ini berdampak pada persaingan bisnis yang terjadi disebagian besar masyarakat. Keadaan ini mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan disegala aspek bidang pendidikan, manufaktur dan usaha kecil menengah. Di masa saat ini internet sudah luas sekali perkembangannya dan tak terpisahkan dengan kehidupan saat ini. Dampak dari penggunaan internet yang nyata saat ini mengakibatkan banyak masyarakat berbelanja secara online tanpa harus keluar dari rumah atau kantor. Perusahaan manufaktur harus bisa menanfaatkan peluang perkembangan internet ini dengan bijak dan benar. Menggunakan sistem informasi yang berbasis web site untuk melayani penjualan kepada masyarakat luas akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perusahaan. PT. Suprame Jaya Abadi merupakan perusahaan manufaktur kabel yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat. Namun sistem yang dipergunakan saat ini masih terbatas untuk kebutuhan pelayanan pada distributor dan sales perusahaan langsung. Pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan framework Code Igniter untuk membuat sistem penjualan berbasis web yang bisa diaskes langsung oleh masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak diharapkan sistem informasi penjualan pada PT. Supreme Jaya Abadi dapat selesai dan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu PT. COST ANALYSIS OF DESIGNING ERGONOMIC CINEMA CHAIR PRODUCTS WITH RFID USING THE CRITICAL PATH METHOD Wahyuni, Rossi Septy Putri, Harda Winari Raharja, Mei This study discusses one of the cinemas in the city of Depok, West Java where the object of research is cinema seats. Adding RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), so you don't know the cost budget and time to accelerate project completion using the CPM method to solve problems. CPM (Critical Path Method) is an analytical technique for planning, scheduling and project control using the critical path method with a single estimate for the duration of an activity. The results of the study using the CPM method produced a budget of IDR 2,580,000 million for normal costs using normal time, while for costs that were accelerated by carrying out the analysis phase to speed up project time, it was IDR 2,890,000 million. The results of the CPM method for accelerating project time explain that activity A is preparation for preparing tools and materials. Activity B is making a foam pattern consisting of a seat, back, and armrests. Activity C is making patterns on oscar velvet which consists of seats, backs, and armrests. SEGMENTASI DAN KLASIFIKASI LESI KULIT MENGGUNAKAN YOLO V11 Noveandini, Rahayu Wulandari, Maria Sri Rasyad, Farhan  Skin cancer poses a serious threat if not detected early. Limited access to dermatology services calls for a reliable digital solution. This study proposes DermaScan, a web application for the early diagnosis of skin cancer based on the YOLOv11 model, capable of simultaneously segmenting and classifying skin lesions. The model was trained using the pre-processed HAM10000 dataset, including data augmentation and conversion of annotations to the YOLO format. The training process utilized a GPU and mixed precision for efficiency. Evaluation results demonstrate high performance with mAP50 = 0.91 and mAP50-95 = 0.735 for detection, as well as mAP50 (Seg) = 0.905 and mAP50-95 (Seg) = 0.706 for segmentation, proving good accuracy in mapping and identifying lesions. The best performa model is implemented into a web application using Flask (backend) and React.js (frontend) with a single-page application interface. Users can upload images of lesions and receive real-time prediction results, including disease type, severity level, and medical recommendations. DermaScan serves as a fast and easily accessible non-invasive screening tool. Pemasukan yang didapat harus dapat dikelola dengan baik dengan tujuan dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem financial management yang baik sehingga pengalokasian dana pemasukan dapat dialokasikan dengan tepat untuk pemenuhan setiap kebutuhan yang ada. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang ada dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk membuat suatu sistem perencanaan keuangan. Penerapan sistem keuangan dalam bidang teknologi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy tsukamoto, yang bekerja dengan memberikan aturan IF-THEN yang akan direpresentasikan dalam himpunan fuzzy dengan fungsi keangggotan yang monoton. Sistem ini tentu akan sangat bermanfaat karena diimplementasikan dalam teknologi smartphone yang perkembangan dan penggunaannya terus berkembang. Untuk menentukan prioritas perencanaan dalam suatu sistem perencanaan keuangan faktor-faktor seperti biaya, jangka waktu, dan skala kebutuhan sangat berperan penting di dalamnya. Administrative procedures are carried out by the Bandung City Health Office by only filling out application forms for data storage which are still done manually. Especially in the administrative process of licensing practical work activities, which so far the system is still manual. ANALISIS PREDIKSI PENJUALAN PRODUK MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR REGRESSION Salkiawati, Ratna Lubis, Hendarman Nurfiyah, Nurfiyah Al Malik MK, Abdillah Syah Toko Sembako merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan, produk yang menyediakan produk sembako. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu belum adanya prediksi penjualan produk di masa mendatang berdasarkan data yang telah direkam sebelumnya. Prediksi ini untuk mempermudah serta memberitahu pemilik toko mengenai produk yang paling banyak dibeli konsumen. Untuk mengetahui prediksi penjualan produk digunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor Regression, selanjutnya akan melewati tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Hasil yang diperoleh penulis dari penelitian ini adalah nilai k = 2 mendapat RMSE 0.31318 untuk produk Beras pada bulan ke-11, k = 2 mendapat RMSE 0.29367 untuk produk Gula Pasir pada bulan ke-11 dan bulan ke-12, k = 4 mendapat RMSE 0.34002 untuk produk Minyak Goreng 2 Ltr pada bulan ke-11 dan bulan ke-12, k = 3 mendapat RMSE 0.31820 untuk produk Telur Ayam pada bulan ke-11, k = 6 mendapat RMSE 0.44437 untuk produk Tepung Terigu pada bulan ke-8. Seperti yang tertera dalam pedoman RMSE dapat disimpukan bahwa seluruh model yang penulis uji memiliki satu kesalahan yang kecil yaitu 0,00 – 0,299 dan empat kesalahan sedang yaitu 0,30 – 0,559. Sentiment analysis for event-based stock price predictions using bidirectional long short term memory Setyawan, Okki Pardede, Hilman F. The stock market has become an important role in the economy and attracts the attention of investors because it also generates funds and makes investment decisions for companies and investors. The most important thing investors do before investing is to look at information about the capital market in various media, both social media and news portals circulating on the internet to see stock movements that often change due to fluctuations. Sentiment analysis carried out in this study uses a public dataset from the dataset portal at kaggle.com, namely the DJIA (Dow Jones Industrial Average) dataset in the form of events (timeseries) which contains data from a collection of news headlines from redditnews.com as many as 1990 lines of data and has a class label. to go up or down, then trained with deep learning models, namely BiLSTM and LSTM with variations of hyperparameter tuning, and compared with other models including SVM, KNN, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes Multinomial. From this research, the best results were obtained with the Deep BiLSTM model with 1 hidden layers, Epoch 20 and batch size 16 resulting in an accuracy score of 0.8677 and F1 score 0.8674 also AUC  0.8671, this study is an improvement from previous research using the LSTM model with an accuracy rate of 0.5212. F1 Score 0.6762 and  AUC 0.6211. NETBEANS JAVA-BASED SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM ON SMK INSAN TEKNOKRAT BEKASI Fitriani, Ida Pramarta, Pandu Sutrisno, Danang This research aims to develop a Java NetBeans-based decision support system (SPK) for scholarship acceptance at Bekasi Insan Teknokrat Vocational School (Jaya Cimuning). This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the decision-making process to assess the eligibility of scholarship recipients based on certain criteria. The SAW method is integrated in the NetBeans Java development environment, and the results are evaluated for speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction level. This research resulted in a system that was successfully implemented, achieving an accuracy rate of 90% in assessing the eligibility of scholarship recipients. User evaluation shows a satisfaction rate of 85%, indicating a good user interface and ease of use of the system. This system makes a positive contribution to efficiency and transparency in the scholarship acceptance process at Bekasi Insan Teknocrat Vocational School. The research conclusion shows that this decision support system can be an effective tool in supporting the scholarship acceptance process. In the sales sector, high transaction volumes generate vast amounts of data daily. However, many sales systems still face a classic data architecture problem: data redundancy, or unnecessary duplication of information. Data redundancy is not simply a matter of inefficient storage; it directly impacts the emergence of data anomalies. When the same data is stored in multiple locations, the risk of information inconsistency during updates, deletions, and insertions is very high. Inconsistent data can mislead management in decision-making, for example, errors in inventory reports or financial recapitulations. The main objective of this research is to eliminate data redundancy and prevent anomalies in the sales system to ensure information integrity. Through systematic table organization, this research seeks to create a more efficient and accurate database architecture to support management decision-making. The method used is structured analysis through data decomposition stages. The process begins with collecting raw (unnormalized) transaction data, which is then processed through the 1NF, 2NF, and 3NF stages. The final stage involves validating the Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) functions to ensure the consistency of the new schema. The desired result is an optimal relational database schema, where data is logically distributed into specific, interconnected tables. Hal ini membuat siswa sulit mengulang materi, sedangkan guru belum optimal menggunakan media digital. Platform seperti Google Classroom dan WhatsApp membantu, tetapi masih terbatas dalam pemantauan siswa dan absensi manual. Penelitian ini merancang UI/UX sistem e,learning berbasis web yang lebih terintegrasi dengan pendekatan Design Thinking melalui tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Data diperoleh dari guru dan siswa melalui kuesioner untuk menggali kebutuhan dan kendala. Fitur yang dikembangkan mencakup registrasi, login, ruang kelas, absensi otomatis, pengelolaan nilai, dan laporan bantuan. Prototipe dibangun dengan Figma dan diuji lewat Useberry menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Single Ease Question (SEQ). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor SEQ 6–7, SUS siswa 85, dan SUS guru 86,25 (masuk peringkat sangat baik). Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang menawarkan berbagai macam program studi. Namun pada saat mahasiswa baru melakukan pendaftaran ada calon mahasiswa yang masih bingung dalam memilih program studi. Biro Pemasaran sebagai petugas penerima calon mahasiswa baru, hanya memberikan penjelasan rekomendasi program studi secara lisan, karena belum ada sistem untuk hal tersebut. Sehingga dibuatlah penelitian tentang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Rekomendasi Pemilihan Program Studi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi yang tepat dan sesuai. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dan penerapannya berbasis web. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode TOPSIS dapat menentukan rekomendasi prodi berdasarkan alternatif terbaik dan dapat membantu calon mahasiswa dalam menentukan pilihan program studi yang tepat dengan 4 kriteria, yaitu akreditasi, biaya, prospek kerja dan jenis kelas. Dalam proses pembangunan situs e-commerce ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode pembangunan perangkat lunak secara waterfall. Untuk pembayaran dari transaksi yang terjadi dapat transfer antar rekening bank. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pembangunan sistem e-commerce ini adalah mempermudah pembeli untuk melakukan pemesanan barang tanpa harus datang langsung ke toko dan mempermudah dalam melakukan manajemen produk. ANALISIS SENTIMEN KOMENTAR YOUTUBE TERHADAP PERILISAN IPHONE 17 SERIES MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES Kamilah, Faniah Iftitakhul Rochman, Muhammad Zaini Rosyid, Harun Al Perilisan iPhone 17 Series memicu reaksi beragam di platform YouTube yang mencerminkan opini publik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen komentar masyarakat menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Data komentar dikumpulkan melalui teknik scraping, melalui tahapan preprocessing, dan dilabeli secara otomatis menggunakan model Indonesian RoBERTa. Hasil evaluasi terhadap 1.849 data uji menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 61%. Performa model menunjukkan kemampuan yang baik dalam menangkap kritik pengguna, ditandai dengan recall sentimen negatif sebesar 0.71. Sementara itu, sentimen positif teridentifikasi dengan precision 0.64 dan sentimen netral dengan recall 0.50. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa respons pasar terpolarisasi antara kritik dan apresiasi, serta membuktikan bahwa Naive Bayes mampu mengklasifikasikan opini dengan performa yang cukup seimbang pada seluruh kategori sentimen. Analysis Of The Quality Of The Da'wah Website Sesaat.Id Pt Bageur Solusi Indonesia Using The Webqual 4.0 Method Rudianto, Biktra Gusyon, Muhammad Handy Puspitasari, Anggi PT Bageur Solusi Indonesia has one of the rather well-known dakwah websites with temporary domain addresses. Id because during the creation of the dakwah website, The id has never measured the quality of the website and received input and advice from the dakwah user websites. The dakwah website must always increase its quality so that the quality of information, interaction, and use always increase to be better. Because in islamic writing, the prayer schedule and Koran reading must be taken very seriously in written and written content on the website. As for the purpose of this study to measure the quality of the website felt by user or user. The study USES a webqual 4.0 method using a SPSS version 25.0 sample used in research and data collection of 92 respondents by sampling methods using abstract samples and dissemination of questionnaire using Google form on the dakwah website for the instant. This study shows that based on a double linear  regression test analysis the usability quality results of 0.358 and information quality of 0.309 and for service ediquality of 0.374, which means the website is sterling quality. Then the correlation and determinations test came up with 73.6% and the remaining 26,4% Was affected by another factor not tested in this study. Based on the new data based on value value of 25,390, which means PT.Bageur was able to acquire the value of usability quality 21.365 and information quality service of 17.953. And from the test f of 190.487 the significance of 0,000, the quality of the website has significant value. This selection process must be conducted objectively, fairly, and transparently so that the results can be accepted by all parties. This research aims to implement the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method to  decision system making in selecting the best students at SMK Bhakti Bangsa. The criteria used include report card grades, attendance, attitudes, extracurricular activity participation, and non-academic achievements in competitions at the national, district, or sub-district levels. The results of the implementation indicate that the SMART method can assist in the evaluation process systematically and lead to more accurate decisions. Sistem Informasi Administrasi Siswa Pada Sekolah Dasar Al Masnuniyah syamsiah, syamsiah Darmawan, Agus Bahasa pemrograman yang semakin banyak dan berkembang saat ini memberikan pilihan bagi programmer untuk memilih bahasa pemrograman mana yang tepat untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi. Pemrograman komputer semakin lama semakin berkembang dan menarik perhatian, sejalan dengan perkembangan perkembangan perangkat lunak teknologi informasi yang semakin banyak dan mudah digunakan. Banyak sekolah dari sejak berdiri sampai sekarang ini, masih menggunakan sistem manual yang sederhana dalam kegiatan administrasinya. Sistem manual tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan dalam hal pembuatan, pencarian data, dan keakuratan data. Administrasi adalah usaha dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan kebijakan untuk mencapai tujuan. Administrasi baik dalam pengertian luas ataupun sempit dalam penyelenggaraanya diwujudkan melalui fungsi fungsi manajemen yang terdiri dari perancangan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Pengolahan data dengan memanfaatkan komputer di setiap sekolah sangat dibutuhkan, apalagi data-data yang dikelola sekolah cukup banyak. Jika dibandingkan dengan cara manual, tanpa adanya komputerisasi maka akan mempersulit dan  memperlambat kinerja dalam pengolahan data, akibatnya informasi yang dihasilkan tidak cepat, tepat dan akurat. Administrasi keuangan yaitu segala pencatatan masuk dan keluarnya keuangan untuk membiayai suatu kegiatan organisasi kerja yang berupa tata usaha atau tata pembukuan keuangan. Hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan keuangan siswa diolah secara manual dengan menggunakan kertas dan ditulis dengan menggunakan tulisan tangan, penggunaan data yang diolah secara manual tidak menjamin keamanannya dan tidak efisien dalam melakukan data itu sendiri, serta rentan adanya kesalahan dalam pengolahan data, ketika ingin membuat laporan harus terlebih dahulu menulis ulang sesuai dengan format laporan yang diinginkan. Ketika terdapat ketidaksesuaian data dalam format laporan tersebut, untuk melakukan pencarian data maka dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dikarenakan jumlah data yang tersimpan jumlahnya cukup banyak. Implementing Virtual Private Network (VPN) Network Security Using A Mikrotik Router Dewi, Sari Utami, Dwi Yuni Setiap aspek dalam perusahan membutuhkan jaringan lokal dan jaringan internet untuk mengolah data dan mempermudah pekerjaan kantor selalu membutuhkan teknologi jaringan komputer. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, tuntutan terhadap keamanan data dan informasi pun ikut berkembang. Virtual Private Networks (VPN) adalah teknologi yang sering digunakan yang dapat menawarkan tingkat perlindungan ekstra terhadap transfer data melalui jaringan publik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan MikroTik Router OS sebagai gateway untuk menyelidiki dan mengimplementasikan keamanan jaringan VPN. PT. Tifico Fiber Indonesia berfungsi sebagai lokasi studi kasus. Untuk menjamin keamanan data yang dikirimkan melalui jaringan publik, MikroTik Router OS dikonfigurasi sebagai server VPN. Penelitian ini menggunakan  (IP) publik Dimungkinkan untuk membuat jaringan pribadi virtual pada perangkat Mikrotik, menghubungkan perangkat jaringan di jaringan lokal satu sama lain, dan mengaktifkan akses jarak jauh. Sejumlah perangkat jaringan di tempat kerja diakses, koneksi jaringan pribadi virtual dicoba, dan pertukaran atau pengambilan data pada perangkat laptop di jaringan lokal bisnis yang sepenuhnya dapat diakses oleh pengguna yang tidak berada dalam lokasi kantor diuji. Menurut temuan penelitian, operasional kantor dapat memperoleh manfaat besar dari penggunaan VPN untuk mengakses data yang terletak di jaringan lokal dan dapat diakses sepenuhnya dari jarak jauh. SISTEM INFORMASI E_LETTERS BERBASIS WEB PADA PT. MNC KABEL MEDIACOM Latifah, Fitri Abdullah, Mohammad Bayan Supriyadi, Supriyadi Surat telah menjadi media komunikasi tertulis yang penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pada banyak organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Kebutuhan tersebut dapat berupa perintah, pengingat, permohonan dan sebagainya yang dianggap penting dan perlu diarsipkan. Peranan surat pada oraganisasi atau perusahaan menjadi penting dalam membentuk koordinasi kerja yang baik, baik dalam satu bagian/divisi, atau antarbagian/divisi, atau luar organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut, Hal serupa terjadi pula di PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom. PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom hingga saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu pencatatan semua surat yang berkorespondensi di lingkungan PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom. Dengan kondisi seperti ini, permasalahan seperti kesalahan penulisan kode atau kesalahan pengarsipan bisa saja terjadi mengingat tidak adanya otomatisasi dalam mengelola surat. Dengan membangun sistem aplikasi pembuatan surat tersebut, dapat membantu kinerja karyawan dalam proses pembuatan surat maupun surat menyurat dengan draft yang sudah otomatis terprogram pada sistem, Sistem yang dibangun dapat memberikan informasi surat yang masuk atau surat pengajuan cuti dan resign yang disudah di approve oleh HRD.   Kata kunci: komponen; memformat; gaya; styling; masukkan (minimal 3 hingga 5 kata kunci)   Abstract: Letters have become an important written communication medium to meet the needs of many organizations or companies. These needs can be in the form of orders, reminders, requests and so on that are considered important and need to be archived. The role of the letter in the organization or company becomes important in forming good work coordination, both within one section / division, or between parts / divisions, or outside the organization or company. Similar things also occur at PT.MNC Mediacom Cable. PT.MNC Mediacom Cable is still using Microsoft Excel as a tool for recording all correspondence letters in the PT.MNC Mediacom Cable environment. With these conditions, problems such as code writing errors or archiving errors can occur due to the lack of automation in managing mail. By building a letter making application system, can help the performance of employees in the process of making letters and correspondence with a draft that is automatically programmed into the system, the system built can provide information on incoming letters or leave and resign submission letters that have been approved by HRD. Processing customer data, processing transactions and generating reports are the first steps that cause problems. To avoid data redundancy which costs the shop money, a Minang Kabau shop sales application was developed. Its purpose is to handle and process data stored in a database system. Rapid Application Development, often known as the RAD System Development Method, is used to develop this information system. To speed up the process, this development strategy involves reducing the development stages. Customer and transaction data processing capabilities are included in this Minang Kabau retail sales application. Thus, this application can facilitate data processing, report creation and processing of Minang Kabau store transactions. ANALYSIS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE KREDITPLUS MOBILE USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) Luthfiansyah, Hilmi The rapid development of financial technology in Indonesia has encouraged finance companies to adopt mobile-based services. PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance provides Kreditplus Mobile to facilitate customer financial transactions. However, the number of users remains relatively low compared to the total customer base and competitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using on the acceptance of Kreditplus Mobile using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research applied a quantitative explanatory method by distributing questionnaires to 100 users selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using have a positive and significant effect on application acceptance, both partially and simultaneously. Attitude toward using shows the strongest influence on acceptance. ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI EKSEKUTIF DAN DATA WAREHOUSE MONITORING PERMOHONAN DAN PERSURATAN MEREK PADA DIREKTORAT MEREK DAN INDIKASI GEOGRAFIS DIREKTORAT JENDERAL KEKAYAAN Wilson Sitio, Urim Carry Harianto, Yudi Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual (DJKI) adalah sebuah unit eselon 1 pada Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, kesulitan dalam merekap data dalam jumlah besar dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk yang mudah dimengerti sehingga DJKI membutuhkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Eksekutif atau Executive Information System (EIS) dan data warehouse untuk menunjang pengambilan keputusan terkait permohonan merek dan persuratan, dengan dibuatnya EIS yang berlingkup pada Direktorat Merek dan Indikasi Geografis dan digunakan para Eksekutif Direktorat Merek dan Indikasi Geografis selaku pengambil keputusan Direktorat Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, agar dapat mempercepat pembuatan keputusan yang terbaik untuk Direktorat Merek dan Indikasi Geografis dan publik. Perancangan EIS dan data warehouse dilakukan dengan Software Life Development Cycle (SDLC), dimana menggunakan metode waterfall dalam perancanaan EIS tersebut. Untuk database akan digunakan Oracle 11g dimana sebagian besar aplikasi pada DJKI menggunakan oracle 11g dalam menyimpan data, selain itu untuk bahasa pemrograman akan menggunakan VB.NET dan template DevExpress. Setelah melalui pengujian blackbox testing EIS dapat digunakan untuk membantu para eksekutif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Parents must be good nannies because they are the ones who shape their personality. Children in a family are born with different personalities but parents play a very important role in controlling children's behavior in life. Knowledge of parents about the characteristics and personality of children who are less likely to consult psychology. Good parents certainly try to direct children with the personality and characteristics of the child so that it does not become a problem in the future. Child delinquency is a form of character and personality that should be controlled for the better. These problems can be anticipated by seeking knowledge about the child's psychology. Based on this explanation, this research was carried out by developing an application of information on children's personality knowledge which can assist parents in monitoring children's development. This developed application contains an expert system where the results of the explanation are based on the knowledge of the experts. Development of expert system application development of child personality information using PHP and MySQL with forward chaining inference method. The developed application provides information on the symptoms the child has until it is known which group the characteristics belong to. How the forward chaining method works by processing interpretation, regulation, supervision and planning. SISTEM REKOMENDASI PENEMPATAN PERSONEL POLDA NUSA TENGGARA BARAT (NTB) MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DAN PROFILE MATCHING Santoso, Heroe Al-Mu’min, Al-Mu’min Hammad, Rifqi Azhar, Raisul Husain, Husain Rosanensi, Melati Dharma, I Made Yadi Suriyati, Suriyati Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk mewujudkan keamanan dalam negeri yang meliputi terpeliharanya keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, tertib dan tegaknya hukum, terselenggaranya perlindungan, pengayoman, dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, serta terbinanya ketenteraman masyarakat dengan menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia. Anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia yang selanjutnya disebut anggota Polri adalah pegawai negeri pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Kepolisian Daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat (Polda NTB) adalah sebuah lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dalam menjalankan tugas ini, kehadiran personel yang tepat dan berkualitas sangat penting untuk mendukung tujuan tersebut, serta untuk menjamin efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional kepolisian. Saat ini, instansi ini belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung kebutuhan esensial seperti penempatan personel. Proses seleksi penempatan personel ini membutuhkan tingkat ketelitian standar yang tinggi dan perhatian ekstra, dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria khusus dan serangkaian tes yang dilakukan. Karena pentingnya proses ini, jika dilakukan dengan baik, dapat menghasilkan penempatan personel yang tepat, berkualitas, dan akuntabel. Dalam sistem rekomendasi penempatan personel Polda Nusa Tenggara Barat menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan profile matching. AHP berupa model pendukung keputusan yang fleksibel dalam bentuk struktur hierarki, yang memungkinkan individu-individu atau kelompok-kelompok memunculkan gagasan masalah berupa membangun perkiraan sendiri serta melahirkan pemecahan yang diinginkan, sedangkan profile matching  adalah sebuah mekanisme pengambilan keputusan dengan mengasumsikan bahwa terdapat tingkat variabel prediktor yang ideal yang harus dipenuhi oleh subyek yang diteliti. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian antara lain kinerja, kedisiplinan, rohani, psikologi, kesehatan, jasmani dan kemampuan teknologi informasi. PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PELAYANAN JASA PHOTOGRAPHY PADA STREAM DOCUMENTATION BEKASI BERBASIS JAVA Hafizillah, Hafizillah Rismawati, Nofita Pinahayu, Ek Ajeng Rahmi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem aplikasi pelayanan jasa fotografi yang dapat membantu dalam proses kerja dan mengurangi kesalahan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sistem pengolahan data yaitu teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi yang dilakukan di Stream Documentation Bekasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa sistem yang yang ada di perusahaan masih menggunakan buku besar sehingga rentan sekali terhadap kehilangan data, maka dengan adanya aplikasi pelayanan jasa fotografi berbasis java yang telah dirancang oleh penulis maka setiap pengolahan data akan terkomputerisasi dan memudahkan dalam setiap pencarian data yang dicari.   Kata kunci: Aplikasi; Pelayanan Jasa Fotografi; Java   Abstract: This study aims to design a photography service application system that can assist in the work process and reduce work errors. This results in less effective and efficient services and potential data security risks. This study aims to design and develop a web-based legal consultation information system to improve service quality. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature study, with system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is implemented using PHP and MySQL and tested using Black Box Testing. The results show that the system improves data management efficiency, accelerates document retrieval, and enhances service effectiveness. PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI RESERVASI KAMAR HOTEL BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE RUP (RATIONAL UNIFIED PROCESS) Sintawati, Ita Dewi Suminten, Suminten Hotel adalah perusahaan atau badan usaha yang memberikan layanan penginapan berupa kamar yang biasanya lengkap dengan fasilitas makan dan minum serta fasilitas umuml ainnya.Tidak semua hotel memiliki system reservasi secara online. Dengan system reservasi secara online ini dapat memudahkan guest untuk memesan dan bertransaksi pembayaran dimanapun dan kapan pun, tanpa harus dating lagsung ke hotel yang dituju. Namun, tidak semua hotel memiliki fasilitas online, terutama hotel-hotel yang baru berdiri. Jadi, masih banyak hotel yang system reservasinya sistem manual, yaitu guest dating langsung ke hotel tersebut atau dengan cara menghubungi hotel via telpon dan pihak hotel melakukan pencatatan kedalam buku reservasi. Hal ini sangat tidak efektif, karena akan muncul banyak permasalahan, antara lain: guest tidak mendapatkan kamar yang diinginkan karena penuh, bahkan harus membatalkan reservasi, bahkan tidak ada back up pencatatan reservasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penulis ingin membuat perancangan system informasi reservasi hotel berbasis online. Tujuan dari perancangan system ini adalah mempermudah  guest untuk melakukan pemesanan secara online tanpa harus dating langsung ke hotel tersebut. metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan system ini menggunakan RUP (Rational Unified Process) lebih diarahkan berdasarkan penggunaan kasus (use case driven). To facilitate and increase the interest of investors in storing shares in securities, a technology application is needed to assist investment transactions. Ajaib Application is one way to invest in both stocks and mutual funds. To provide information to the public, it is necessary to have a sentiment analysis on how the opinion of Ajaib application users uses the Naïve Bayes method with the results of scraping reviews on Google Play as many as 400 reviews. then the text processing stage is carried out to the classification stage, so that it gets an accuracy value of 89.00%, a recall value of 93.50%, a precision value of 86.36%, and an AUC value of 0.570 and the top 5 words include application words 186 repeated, magic words 77 repeated, good words 76, investment words 72 repeated and 72 easy words repeated. From the results, it can be said that there are more positive sentiments than negative sentiments in the Ajaib Application. This research aims to study the existing registration system, design an effective online registration system based on a website according to the needs, and compile detailed documentation of the system design. The software development method used in this research is the waterfall model. To collect the necessary data, the author conducted data collection activities using several methods, including observation, interviews, and literature studies. The result of this research is a design of a web- based information system for new student admissions that can improve time efficiency, facilitate the registration and selection process, support structured data storage, and provide easy access to information for prospective students and parents. Eggplant plants include plants that are not drought tolerant, but also not resistant to standing water. In addition, eggplant is also susceptible to rat pests. Most farmers in Indonesia still use the manual method, sometimes when using the manual method it can lead to negligence in watering plants and guarding against rat pests. The use of mechanization tools is needed to facilitate and overcome negligence that can occur at any time, which can help plant cultivation by getting the best results, overcoming negligence that can cause losses, and damage to plants. In this tool there are several components of input, process, and output. Input section consists of 3 sensors, namely, Soil Moisture, Passive Infra Red, and DHT 11. Process section there is only Arduino Uno. And the output section consists of 4 components, namely water pump, LCD, buzzer, and servo. Automatic watering works when the value of the Soil Moisture sensor is more than 700 which means it is dry, and the water pump will turn on until the value is less than 700. The mouse repellent works when the PIR sensor detects the movement of an infrared object and will move the Servo and Buzzer. PERANCANGAN SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSIS PENYAKIT GINJAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE DEMPSTER-SHAFER BERBASIS WEBSITE Yonathan, Yonathan Benisius, Benisius Ginjal merupakan bagian tubuh yang berfungsi untuk membantu menjaga keseimbangan cairan dalam tubuh, mencegah penumpukan limbah sehingga dapat menjaga komposisi darah, serta memproduksi hormon dan enzim yang dapat membantu dalam mengendalikan tekanan darah. Penyakit ginjal merupakan kondisi ginjal yang tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam menyaring darah seperti seharusnya. Gangguan pada ginjal dapat berupa penyakit seperti ginjal akut, ginjal kronik, infeksi saluran kemih, serta glomerulonefritis. Sistem pakar merupakan suatu program yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan sebuah informasi pada era saat ini, karena sistem pakar mengandung pengetahuan (knowledge) dan keterampilan dari seorang pakar dalam bidang tertentu, kemudian sistem akan melakukan percobaan untuk memecahkan suatu permasalahan sesuai dengan kepakarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pembaharuan terkait metode dempster-shafer terjadap gejala yang terjadi pada penyakit ginjal dan mengukur tingkat akurasi metode dengan hasil diagnosis pakar sehingga pemanfaatan dari sistem pakar dapat digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mencegah penyakit ginjal sejak dini dan dapat diakses oleh siapapun tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya dalam melakukan konsultasi. Uji akurasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan 20 data uji yang berbeda terhadap metode dempster-shafer dengan membandingkan hasil diagnosis pakar sehingga akan didapat klasifikasi data yang benar. DESIGN A MOSQUE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIM2) TO FACILITATE THE MANAGEMENT OF REPORTS AND ACTIVITY INFORMATION Pefriand, Jekri Kamalmalik, Laga Prasetyo, Arfhan Raharjo, Mugi Industry 4.0 will be utilised by some Muslims who follow the development of information technology. The mosque is one of the places of worship in which there is an organisation. One of the divisions or sections in the mosque's organisational structure that is most rarely found is the IT (Information and Technology) field. One of the tasks of the IT field is to manage the information system in the form of documentation of activities and activities carried out at the mosque. Collecting all information about management in some mosques that follow technological developments such as activity & financial information which is useful as a source of information to determine the first steps in an effort to prosper the mosque. Such is the case at the Al-Ikhlash Karet Tengsin Mosque, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. Currently, information on activities conveyed to the community is still in the form of announcements posted on the mosque notice board and the process of processing financial data and information is still not integrated. As a result of this, there are many obstacles faced by the mosque management in its management affairs such as financial management and special activities of the Al-Ikhlash Mosque. The data collection method technique for making the programme is by observing interviews with partners. This interview aims to find out the problems that are being experienced. Completing the programme and obtaining satisfaction surveys from partners and participants who attended the socialisation training. It is known that the overall level of community satisfaction with community service has an average score of 4.61 and is in the Strongly Agree category. Community satisfaction related to the community service programme can be an indicator of the success of the community service programme. In addition, the community also expects cooperation with other parties, so that when the community service programme is completed, the community is able to continue the programme. SISTEM INFORMASI PAKET PERNIKAHAN BERBASIS WEB PADA RIZI CATERING DENGAN PHP DAN MySQL Daruyani, Sepitri Purbiyanti, Orita Dwi Irawaty, Irawaty Rayhan, Ahmad A wedding package promotion website is a solution to make it easier for prospective customers to obtain service information quickly and accurately. This study aims to build a wedding package marketing website for Rizi Catering that provides complete information about service packages, a documentation gallery, and an order form that is directly connected to WhatsApp marketing. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the following stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using PHP for system logic, MySQL as the database, and CSS for the user interface. Testing results using the Black Box Testing method showed that all functions operate as designed, pages load properly, the booking form successfully saves data to the database, and WhatsApp integration functions optimally. Additionally, the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results achieved an average percentage of 77%, indicating that the Rizi Catering website is well-received by visitors. Thus, the website successfully fulfills the research objectives as an informative promotional tool while simplifying the initial order documentation process at Rizi Catering. SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTARIS BARANG BERBASIS WEB PADA BALAI TEKNOLOGI AIR MINUM BEKASI Firmansyah, Aldy Purwanto, Heru Putri, Eri Engelina In the development of information technology today, information systems are needed in the management of goods inventory data. This thesis discusses the development of a web-based inventory information system at the Bekasi Drinking Water Technology Center. This agency previously used a manual process in recording and reporting goods, which often caused delays in information, recording errors, and difficulty in tracking data. Data was collected through direct observation, and interviews with staff. The system was developed using the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application was built with CodeIgniter 4 framework and MySQL database. The implementation results show that the system can help manage the inventory of goods in a more orderly and controlled manner. The recording and reporting process is faster, more accurate, and can be accessed at any time by the Super admin, admin and user. Optimization Of Recurrent Neural Network In Indonesia Stock Exchange Price Prediction Modeling Andriyanto, Dwi Rianto, Yan One of the online trades is stock trading on the stock exchange. To increase the number of investors, the government invites the public to invest in the capital market by buying shares regularly and periodically in the form of shares. With the increase in potential investors in the stock market, deep knowledge about stock trading is needed so that the returns are as desired. This research can help to make it easier for the public to predict the desired stock price through machine learning technology even though they do not have more in-depth technical knowledge about stocks. Three types of algorithms RNN, LSTM, GRU are used to find the best method by optimizing parameters so as to get an r-square error of 0.96 through the number of epochs of 100 and a learning rate of 0.01. Efisiensi waktu menjadi kendala yang cukup signifikan karena proses manual membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama, terutama dalam pencarian data dan pembaruan informasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan berkurangnya produktivitas, keterlambatan layanan, dan menurunnya kepuasan pelanggan. Masalah akurasi data juga sering muncul karena kesalahan pencatatan dan ketidakmampuan untuk memperbarui informasi secara real-time. Perusahaan yang menawarkan jasa penyewaan ruang kerja menghadapi masalah dengan antrian pelanggan untuk penyewaan ruang kerja. Dengan lebih dari 100 pelanggan, antrian terbentuk karena jumlah pelanggan melebihi kapasitas yang tersedia. Proses reservasi tidak efisien karena membutuhkan kehadiran pelanggan sering kali dilakukan secara lansung tanpa konfirmasi. Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan membantu dalam pengolahan data penjualan, perusahaan membutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis web. Pendekatan pengembangan menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). OPTIMASI PENJADWALAN PRIORITAS PRODUKSI WIP REAL TIME BERBASIS SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING DAN QR CODE Nasrudin, Deri Ratnasari, Anita  Work-In-Progress (WIP) management in the pharmaceutical industry requires accurate control because each lot has a holding time limit that affects product stability. Manual processes may cause scheduling delays, incorrect lot retrieval, and storage area congestion. This study aims to develop a web-based WIP management system that generates real-time production priority recommendations. The system development applies Agile, while priority optimization uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with criteria consisting of remaining holding time, urgency level, drum quantity, waiting time, and room occupancy. The system is equipped with QR Code validation during stock-in and stock-out activities to improve data traceability. The simulation results show that Lot 87511XP obtains the highest score of 0.6800 because it has the most critical remaining holding time, is stored in a high-density room, and has a long waiting time. Black box testing indicates that all main functions operate according to the expected scenarios. The proposed system supports more objective scheduling decisions, accelerates WIP monitoring, and helps mitigate overcapacity and holding time violation risks. Kemajuan teknologi mengarah ke perkembangan lebih baik. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin banyaknya penggunaan teknologi informasi mulai dari pengguna smartphone, pc, laptop, console game, dll yang dalam penggunaannya juga menggunakan internet. Dengan mengunakan internet dimana dosen maupun sekretariat fakultas komputer dapat mengakses aplikasi sistem pengiriman dan penerimaan soal ujian dimana pun dan kapan pun. Selama ini fakultas komputer Universitas Bung Karno belum menerapkan pengiriman soal ujian secara online dan masih manual, dimana dosen menyerahkan langsung soal ujian kepada  sekretariat ilmu komputer kemudian diserahkan kepada kaprodi untuk di validasi apakah soal sudah sesuai atau tidak. Ditahap pengarsipan soal ujian sering terjadi soal hilang atau tercecer. Untuk itulah penulis membuat skripsi mengenai Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Pengiriman Dan Penerimaan Soal Ujian Berbasis Web. Perancangan aplikasi sistem ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan  permasalahan – permasalahan yang ada pada fakultas komputer, serta dengan penggunaan program dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada fakultas komputer. Perancangan aplikasi ini didukung oleh tools program UML (Unified Modelling Language) demi kelancaran pemahamannya.   Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Sistem, Komputerisasi, Teknik Informatika, Berbasis Web  In the current era of globalization, the use of technology is developing very rapidly and rapidly in various fields. Technological progress leads to better development. This can be seen from the increasing use of information technology ranging from users of smartphones, PCs, laptops, game consoles, etc. which also use the internet. By using the internet where lecturers and the computer faculty secretariat can access the application sending and receiving test questions wherever and whenever. During this time, the University of Bung Karno's computer faculty had not yet implemented the sending of exam questions online and still manually, where the lecturers handed over the exam questions directly to the secretariat of computer science and then submitted them to the department to validate whether the questions were appropriate or not. The stages of filing exam questions often occur about missing or scattered questions. For this reason, the writer made a thesis on the Design of Application Systems for Web Delivery and Examination Questions. The design of this system application is the best solution to solve problems - problems that exist on the computer faculty, and with the use of the program can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting activities on the computer faculty. SISTEM INFORMASI PRESENSI SISWA BERBASIS QR CODE DENGAN APLIKASI MOBILE TERINTEGRASI Dharma, I Made Yadi Adil, Ahmat Hariyadi, I Putu Husaeri, Muzammil Husain, Husain Alfiansyah, Muhamad Wisnu Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi presensi siswa berbasis QR code dengan aplikasi mobile terintegrasi untuk mengatasi tantangan pencatatan kehadiran manual di institusi pendidikan. Sistem menyediakan monitoring kehadiran real-time untuk guru, siswa, orang tua/wali, guru bimbingan konseling (BK), dan kepala sekolah melalui aplikasi mobile dan web berbasis peran. Menggunakan metodologi pengembangan Waterfall, sistem mengintegrasikan fitur generate dan scan QR code, validasi geolokasi, autentikasi perangkat, dan notifikasi real-time. Langkah keamanan mencakup QR code dinamis, autentikasi berbasis sesi, enkripsi database, dan implementasi firewall Software-Defined Network (SDN). Pengujian sistem menunjukkan akurasi 95% dalam pencatatan kehadiran, mengurangi waktu pencatatan 80% dibanding metode manual, dan mencapai rating kepuasan pengguna 91%. Aplikasi mobile berhasil menyediakan notifikasi kehadiran real-time untuk orang tua, memungkinkan guru BK melacak pola kehadiran siswa, dan memfasilitasi pelaporan komprehensif untuk administrator sekolah. Sistem ini mengatasi tiga masalah utama: lambatnya rekapitulasi presensi manual, kesulitan monitoring kehadiran siswa oleh guru BK, dan kurangnya kesadaran orang tua terhadap kehadiran anak di sekolah. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem efektif meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen kehadiran sambil menyediakan informasi transparan dan real-time kepada semua pemangku kepentingan. PT Kalbe Farma, as a leading pharmaceutical company, faces obstacles in providing access to information related to vendor data and employee training. This limitation has an impact on the company's operational efficiency and decision making. Vendors are important business partners in the availability of goods. The right steps are needed in selecting a Vendor so that activities in a company run smoothly. To overcome this problem, a "Vendor Data Management System at PT Kalbe Farma Cikarang" was designed. The design uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which is a system that can be used quickly and is reusable. RAD is also a system with high dynamism. This system aims to further explain to Employees about Vendors, Vendor needs and the Vendor Data Management System that can open up access to vendor information that is easily known by Employees. This system also helps to see Vendor data performance, whether the Vendor is worthy of continuing cooperation. Sistem Keputusan Untuk Pemberian Kredit Barang Pt Surya Prima Sentosa Dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting Sulaiman, Han Isnain, Nasrulloh Pada sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan barang, jual beli merupakan transaksi untuk meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Jual beli dapat dilakukan dengan cara pembelian tunai atau dengan cara mengangsur (kredit). Jual beli bisa berupa jasa, barang atau dalam bentuk apapun.  PT. Surya Prima Sentosa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jual beli barang langsung yaitu menjadi distributor dari sebuah pabrik untuk toko-toko seperti matrial dan juga beberapa perusahaan yang sudah ditetapkan menjadi sub agen yang di tunjuk langsung dari pabrik, untuk barang-barang diantaranya pipa, sambungan untuk pipa, kran air, dan lain-lain.  Dengan metode Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan ini adalah  Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Deccision Making) yang didalamnya terdapat sebuah metode yaitu metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode SAW ini dipilih karena metode ini menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud yang berhak menerima pemberian kredit berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Dengan metode perankingan tersebut, diharapkan penilaian akan lebih tepat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat terhadap siapa yang akan mendapatkan kredit barang tersebut. Penerapan Metode Saw Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Mitra Bisnis Mardiyati, Sri Julisawati, Elly Agustina Pemilihan mitra bisnis yang tepat merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan, terutama dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif. Proses pemilihan mitra bisnis biasanya melibatkan banyak kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan secara objektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) guna membantu perusahaan dalam memilih mitra bisnis terbaik. Metode SAW digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam menyederhanakan evaluasi multi-kriteria dengan mekanisme pembobotan. Dalam penelitian ini, data mengenai calon mitra bisnis dikumpulkan dan dinormalisasi, kemudian diproses menggunakan metode SAW untuk memperoleh peringkat akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW efektif dalam memberikan rekomendasi mitra bisnis yang sesuai dengan preferensi perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pada penelitian ini ada 5 (lima) faktor terpenting yang akan digunakan, dalam merekomendasikan maskapai penerbangan dengan menerapkan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) yaitu : fasilitas, pelayanan dan kenyamanan, ketepatan waktu penerbangan, Refund, Riwayat Kecelakaan dan yang terakhir yaitu harga. PERANCANGAN PROGRAM MANAJEMEN DATA BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA POSYANDU ANGGREK IV Yulianto, Hendra Dwi Lase, Mareanus Basri, Hasan Alfarizi, Salman Gunawan, Deni Manual data recording still practiced at Posyandu Anggrek IV RW 09 Bintara Jaya Bekasi often causes several issues, including input errors, delays in accessing information, and frequent data loss. These problems directly impact the accuracy of child growth monitoring and reduce the overall efficiency of posyandu services. In response to these challenges, this research developed a web-based data management system designed to help posyandu kader manage child data, weight and height records, immunization schedules, and activity reports digitally. The system aims to streamline workflow, improve data accuracy, and provide real-time access to information. Development followed the Waterfall model and applied the linear search algorithm as a simple yet effective solution for data retrieval. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Implementation results show that the system successfully simplifies the tasks of posyandu kader, reduces input errors, and contributes positively to the effectiveness of health services. As a result, Posyandu Anggrek IV is now able to deliver services in a more modern, accurate, and efficient manner. Patients frequently do not carry a Maternal and Child Health (MCH) book, and the data gathering mechanism at the Kalisari Orchid IV Posyandu is still manual. This research intends to improve the efficiency of posyandu cadres so that they don't waste time and energy. SISTEM PAKAR DETEKSI DAN PENANGANAN PENYAKIT PADA TANAMAN ADENIUM BERBASIS FORWARD CHAINING Amelia, Angelina Adinda Suryadi, Ahmad Adenium (Adenium obesum), dikenal sebagai “mawar padang pasir”, merupakan tanaman hias yang banyak diminati karena bentuk batangnya yang unik dan bunga yang menarik. Namun, tanaman ini rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit seperti busuk akar, bercak daun, dan serangan kutu putih, yang dapat menurunkan nilai estetika dan menyebabkan kematian tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pakar berbasis metode forward chaining guna membantu pengguna dalam mendeteksi jenis penyakit Adenium secara cepat dan akurat berdasarkan gejala yang diamati. Sistem dikembangkan dengan basis pengetahuan berupa aturan IF-THEN dan diuji menggunakan beberapa kasus nyata di lapangan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi deteksi mencapai 90%, dengan diagnosis dan rekomendasi penanganan yang sesuai dengan analisis pakar. Perancangan Aplikasi E-Cuti Pegawai Pada Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Jakarta Pusat Berbasis Website Wibowo, Muhamad Arif Rizal, Khairul Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Jakarta Pusat bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pendidikan di sebagian wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Pegawai di sana memiliki hak cuti yang memungkinkan mereka absen dari pekerjaan karena alasan yang sah. Namun, proses pengajuan cuti saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi formulir dan menyerahkannya kepada kepala dinas untuk persetujuan, yang seringkali memakan waktu dan tidak fleksibel. Selain itu, pengajuan cuti tidak dapat dilakukan dari rumah, dan prosedur yang rumit menghambat pengambilan cuti mendadak. Data cuti juga tidak terhubung dengan baik, mengakibatkan pembuatan laporan bulanan yang lambat dan kurang informatif. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan aplikasi e-cuti berbasis web yang memungkinkan pegawai mengajukan cuti secara online, mempermudah perekapan laporan bulanan, serta meningkatkan akses dan transparansi informasi terkait cuti. Tujuan utama dari pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses pengajuan cuti, menyediakan informasi terkait cuti secara lebih baik, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Dengan aplikasi ini, pegawai dapat mengajukan cuti kapan saja dan dari mana saja, tanpa harus menunggu persetujuan langsung dari atasan yang mungkin tidak berada di tempat. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah proses pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti menjadi lebih cepat, data cuti terkoneksi dengan baik, serta pembuatan laporan bulanan menjadi lebih akurat dan informatif. Abstract: The Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Jakarta Pusat is responsible for managing education in part of Central Jakarta. Employees there have leave rights that allow them to be absent from work for legitimate reasons. However, the current leave application process is still done manually by filling out a form and submitting it to the head of the office for approval, which often takes time and lacks flexibility. Additionally, leave applications cannot be made from home, and the complicated procedures hinder taking sudden leave. Leave data is also not well connected, resulting in slow and uninformative monthly report generation. To address these issues, a web-based e-leave application was developed, allowing employees to apply for leave online, simplifying monthly report compilation, and improving access to and transparency of leave-related information. The main goal of this application is to simplify the leave application process, provide better access to leave information, and enhance employee efficiency and satisfaction. With this application, employees can apply for leave anytime and from anywhere, without having to wait for direct approval from a superior who may not be present. The expected result is a faster leave application and approval process, better-connected leave data, and more accurate and informative monthly report generation. ANALISIS PROYEK APLIKASI COSTUMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT STUDY KASUS XYZ BODYCARE Suryani, Irma Andini, Fadila Firmansyah, Ricky Aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah salah satu dari aplikasi Teknologi Informasi yang merupakan aplikasi strategi bisnis untuk memilih dan menjaga customer, dapat mengoptimalkan nilai jangka panjang, dapat menyimpan filosofi customer centric business dan budaya untuk mendukung efektifitas marketing, sales dan proses servis. Membangun aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang baik harus mengikuti prosedur proyek yang benar yaitu didahului dengan pembuatan proposal untuk menguraikan semua keperluan yang akan diimplementasikan pada pembuatan aplikasi dimaksud. Pada penulisan ini penulis meyusun proposal Aplikasi Customer Relationship Management untuk Xyz BodyCare yang diuraikan secara rinci tentang Ruang lingkup aplikasi yang akan dibangun (Scope), fungsi-fungsi yang akan dibuat yang digambarkan dengan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), jadwal pelaksanaan , sumber daya , rencana biaya , analisis risiko dan bentuk perubahan manajemen bila aplikasi tersebut siap dioperasikan. Proposal ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan untuk membangun aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tersebut dan akan diusulkan pada Xyz BodyCare untuk dapat dipakai dan diterapkan. APPLICATION OF LAPTOP RECOMMENDED DATA MINING FOR STUDENTS USING APRIORI METHOD Ayu Rahma, Fachira Prihatin, Titin This study aims to analyze laptop recommendations for students so that students can buy laptops according to affordable prices and desired specifications. The method used is the Apriori Algorithm Method with a minimum support of 15% and a minimum confidence of 50%. This research was conducted to find out laptops with good performance and affordable prices that can be used as recommendations, especially students who work part-time. The data obtained for this study, namely data downloaded from the Kaggle platform for 1 year and looking for supporting references (such as books and journals). The results of this study show that there are laptops that are recommended by laptop sellers so that they are purchased by consumers significantly. Based on a priori analysis, laptops were found that can be used for recommendations using association rules, namely Apple with a support value of 35%, HP with a support value of 26%, Dell and Razer with a support value of 19%. If Apple and HP are purchased simultaneously it has a confidence value of 45%. PERBANDINGAN KINERJA NAÏVE BAYES DAN RANDOM FOREST DALAM PREDIKSI PERFORMA AKADEMIK SISWA Kabuhung, Marcelino Alberki Lopulalan, Exsel Zeth Sabandar, Michael Handika, Arif Predicting student academic performance has become one of the important applications of machine learning in the field of education. This study aims to compare the performance of Naïve Bayes and Random Forest algorithms in predicting student academic performance using a data mining approach. The dataset used in this research is the Student Performance Dataset obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, which contains academic, social, behavioral, and demographic student data. The research method applies the CRISP-DM framework consisting of data understanding, data preparation, modeling, and evaluation stages. The preprocessing stage includes categorical variable encoding, removal of G1 and G2 variables to avoid data leakage, and transformation of the target variable into binary classification. The dataset was divided into 80% training data and 20% testing data. Model evaluation was conducted using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, and confusion matrix. The results show that Random Forest achieved an accuracy of 72.15%, outperforming Naïve Bayes with 70.88%. Feature importance analysis indicates that absences, failures, age, and goout are the most influential factors affecting student academic performance. This study concludes that Random Forest provides better performance in classifying student academic performance and is capable of providing interpretation of factors influencing prediction results. Dalam penulisan ini dibuat suatu perhitungan yang bisa digunakan sebagai bahan perbandingan dengan hasil yang sesungguhnya, dengan menggunakan metode AHP, yang menggunakan  8 kriteria dan 9 alternatif  yang dinilai.
